Upcoming Changes in Miner’s Settlement

Hey Funventurers!

We know you’re eagerly awaiting the changes we’ve announced.
We don’t want to keep you in the dark, so here’s an update on what steps we’re taking now.

The changes turned out to be more complex than we initially expected.
They require adjustments in the game and the release of a new build.
We also want to roll them out as a batch as much as possible, which is why no gradual fixes have been introduced yet.

Our first internal tests with the new changes are set to begin this weekend.
Depending on the results, we’ll let you know whether the changes will go live next week or if we’ll need more time.

What’s changing in Miners Settlement Update:

The entire gear distribution will revolve around keys and new chests.
Enemy drops will be limited to a few controlled sources.
Existing gear will evolve from Common to Mythic+ and beyond through crafting. This means every weapon can serve as a material for progression.
New stat-based slots: Armor & Legs will be introduced.
Game difficulty will be adjusted to fit the new slots and upgrades.
Rewards, keys, and gear economy will be rebalanced around the new chests.
A new chest mechanic with guaranteed drop rates will be implemented—similar to the Gemstone Chest but built from scratch.
We will introduce new Rune Words which will be activate when possessing an item of certain quality, slot or both. This way, new items won’t constantly force rune word changes.
World tiers will be updated to accommodate the new gear.
The first dungeon’s visuals will be improved.
Translation will be updated for all the supported languages
